Randy Lehman is a seasoned technology executive with over 27 years of experience leading enterprise IT strategy, operations, and cybersecurity within the financial services industry. As Director of Technology, CTO, and CISO at VSS Capital, he is responsible for all firm-wide technology initiatives, driving innovation through cloud transformation, cybersecurity hardening, and scalable infrastructure solutions that support the Firm’s investment and operational goals. Randy has a proven track record of aligning technology with business strategy, enabling data-driven decision-making, improving efficiency, and enhancing deal sourcing and investor engagement capabilities. Known for his hands-on leadership and tactical and strategic vision, he has successfully implemented firm-wide digital transformations and delivered resilient, secure, and cost-effective technology environments.

Randy Lehman holds a Bachelor of Science from Marist College, a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University, and is an active member of VCPEIT, a peer group of senior technology executives across Private Equity, Venture Capital and Hedge.
