Michael Gebhardt
Michael Gebhardt is a Principal and joined VSS in 2024. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and structuring investment opportunities, transaction execution, and supporting portfolio companies.
Michael brings over a decade of investing experience, with emphasis in technology, business services, government services, and healthcare industries. Prior to joining VSS, Michael served as a Principal at Sagewind Capital in NYC. Previously, he held investment roles at Tailwind Capital and Riverside Partners, middle market private equity firms in NYC and Boston, respectively. Michael began his career as a consultant in the Health & Life Sciences practice at Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm.
Michael holds a BA in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
