Our Team

Jason Adams is a Principal and joined VSS in 2025. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and structuring investment opportunities, transaction execution, and supporting portfolio companies.

Jason brings over a decade of investing experience across sectors with an emphasis in business services. Prior to joining VSS, Jason was a Principal at BV Investment Partners in Boston. Previously, he was an investment professional at GreyLion and Amberjack Capital Partners, both middle market private equity firms. Jason began his career as an analyst in the M&A group at HSBC Securities.

Jason holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics and English from Boston College.
