Our Team

Liz Green is a Vice President and joined VSS in 2025. She is responsible for capital formation and investor relations across the Firm.

Prior to joining VSS, Liz was a Vice President on the Capital Formation team at H.I.G. Capital, working across several strategies. Previously, she worked as an investment banking associate at Deutsche Bank focused exclusively on healthcare M&A advisory. She began her career in Investor Relations at First Republic Bank.

Liz holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Anthropology from NYU.
