VSS' investment team includes both former industry executives with extensive operating experience and former investment bankers, consultants and lawyers with experience in the information, education, media, communications and business services industries and financial firms.
The VSS team has considerable longevity and continuity. The Partners of the firm have worked together for between 14 and 28 years. Many of the Managing Directors have been at the firm for an average of 15 years and some as long as 26 years. The firm has nurtured talent from within with a considerable number of the senior executives having been promoted from Analyst or Associate to Managing Director or Partner.
